Discover four varieties of Glenstal cheddar, each with its own character. Choose Mild for a mellow flavour, Mature for a fuller taste, Extra Mature for a sharper bite or Vintage when you want a bold cheddar that stands out on a cheeseboard.

For an easy lunch, layer Mild cheddar with sliced tomato in a sandwich or melt Mature cheddar into a toastie with a spoonful of chutney. Grate Extra Mature over a baked potato or stir it into a cheese sauce for a more pronounced cheddar flavour.

When friends come over, serve all four side by side so guests can taste the difference. Start with Mild and work your way up to Vintage, with crisp crackers, sliced apples and a little chutney alongside.
